Property Description

This 3,000 square foot mountain cabin is the perfect place to escape and create memories with your group. This cabin is notable for its secluded location, mature trees and gated private beach access to the popular Lake Cascade. It also has a large enough space to accommodate many guests. The cabin is situated on a low-traffic road, so peace and tranquility are always within reach. The cabin also has a large outdoor trex deck and a spacious backyard. There are also nearby walking and side-by-side trails that can be used for recreation, and boat parking. Summertime lake lovers can drive 15 minutes to one of two boat launch ramps on Lake Cascade, and wintertime snow lovers can drive 38 minutes to Tamarack Ski Resort. Snow plowing is done all winter to allow for easy parking outside.

The cabin has been recently remodeled and features new flooring, paints, toilets, and faucets. The cabin is large enough to accommodate large families, groups, or casual gatherings. During your stay, you will have access to everything the cabin offers including parking in the garage and a laundry room. On three different levels, there are four private rooms with an open loft room and a large living room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room with seating for eight people and kitchen barstools for four. A basement game room is also available with air hockey to allow guests to compete in the ultimate showdown or as a place to hang out and play board games. Each bedroom has brand new furniture and luxurious mattresses with comfortable pillows. This will ensure that you have the best possible rest and relaxation while on vacation. You'll find rustic decor and artwork that features popular Idaho animals such as moose, bears, deer, and elk, which are often seen in the mountainous areas.

We don't allow any kind of parties at our home out of respect for our neighbors and to protect our beautiful homes.

We are proud to be a company who offers pet-friendly places at many of its properties. Please note that there is an additional pet charge to protect our properties from the natural wear and tears caused by pets. We allow up to two pets per guest and charge a pet fees of $50 for one pet or $115 if you have more than two. This fee is payable after booking during our digital check-in. If you do not comply with the pet policy, smoking/drug policies, or unauthorized events, you could be fined $500, evicted immediately without refund, and charged additional expenses to remove odors and repair any damage.
