This newly renovated historic Village home was converted to a duplex before the turn of the century. It offers a prime Village location with loads of off street parking and is within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, as well as HoliMont Ski Area and the Holiday Valley Shuttle bus stop. A first class vacation rental with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths and over 2,000 square feet of living space...includes TV with premium movie channel viewing, VCR, stereo with CD & DVD player, and computer with internet access and a beautiful gas fireplace.
The first floor offers a large kitchen with ceramic tile floor and sliding glass door to the back yard. There is also a table and four chairs in the breakfast area, new gas range with warming drawer and new side by side refrigerator with ice and water thru the door. The dining area seats up to 12 with extra folding chairs provided. There is a full bath between the dining room and large living room. The living room has a 36 TV, stereo with CD, DVD & Minidisk player and a desktop computer with printerscanner and unlimited internet access.
The second floor features four bedrooms and two remodeled full baths (one with stall shower). All baths have new ceramic tile floors. The bunk bedroom has a 25 stereo TV and VCR and a cable box. All bedrooms have cable TV outlets and network connections for internet access.
The Mason House is fully equipped with all linens and bedding, silverware, dishes, glassware and cookware for the maximum number of occupants it sleeps.

Above rates include all applicable taxes and $30.00 Sec Dep Waiver. Stays longer then 4 nights require a $45.00 Sec Dep Waiver.
A number of our properties offer Early Check In (1:00 PM) or Late Check Out (12:00 PM) during the ski season. Availablity for this must be checked with our Housekeeping Manager, Laurel, and approved at least 1 week prior to your arrival/departure date. A fee of $75.00 is due per request. Make sure to mention this request when making your reservation or send an email to housekeeping@vacationpro.com.
