Vacation Rental Description

Upscale professionally decorated new home with bright open floor plan, ocean breezes, private pool, oustanding views of lagoon and golf course inside Wild Dunes Resort near Marina and Waterway. Peaceful residential neighborhood, but close to all resort activities. One of the very few homes awarded "VIP" status by the resort. Wild Dunes SportsCard included. PET FRIENDLY with prior approval for extended rentals - please inquire.

Large groups are accommodated in comfort, style, and privacy. This immaculate home offers something for all ages: kids love the pool and gameroom, adults love a cool beverage and nice breeze on the balconies. Your well-behaved, clean, housebroken dog welcome with prior approval. NEW TOP-OF-THE-LINE CLUB CAR GOLF CART available for quicker access to beach and Grand Pavilion.

All of the furniture is Tommy Bahama inspired with the tropical feeling throughout. Each of the six bedrooms has its own private bath and TV/DVD as well as luxurious 600 count Egyptian cotton linens. The living room has a Harman / Kardon home theatre with new 55" Panasonic HDTV+Blu-Ray, satellite TV in every room; wireless HS internet for your laptop; the kitchen has all stainless appliances, granite kitchen counter tops; antique stained glass and heart pine floors; 42" Plasma TV with Blu-Ray in Master Bedroom, huge double shower and Jacuzzi in Master Bath; big game room with dedicated sound system, new pool table, foosball, ping pong; many bikes; too many luxuries to list. You may not want to leave once you arrive!
