Come and enjoy your stay at 16-55th Avenue, nestled on the Isle of Palms in Wild Dunes. 16-55th Avenue will offer a tranquil escape and a wide array of amenities to immerse you in island living. While you relax and explore you will be making memories that will last a lifetime.
16-55th Avenue is adjacent to a beach access path that is 100 yards away from six miles of sandy beaches on the Isle of Palms. The path directly connects you to the beach.
Your future beach home has 6 comfortable bedrooms consisting of 2 kings, 4 queens beds, 1 bunkbed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, and 1 sleeper sofa. 16-55th Avenue sleeps up to 17 guests. The house is a spacious 3200 square foot and has plenty of porch space.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops. A center island provides the perfect place for a quick meal on a barstool, or you may rather savior a homemade meal in the dinning room by candle light.
During a sunny afternoon, a private sunning deck off of the upstairs master bedroom is a relaxing place to catch few rays of South Carolina sunshine. Afterwards, 4 full bathrooms are available to rinse off or even take a JacuzziŽ bubble bath in 3 of the bathtubs. The downstairs family den has a TV, VCR, DVD player, and all of the bedrooms are equipped with their own television. The den ceilings are high cathedral ceilings that boast fans. The den is completed with a wet bar. All clean towels and linens are provided as well as sunscreen, body soap, and laundry and dish detergent.
16-55th Avenue is a house that will ensure your comfort during your vacation.
Bedroom Set-Up:
16-55th Avenue has 6 bedrooms and four full bathrooms.
The first floor has a downstairs master bedroom with a king and a full bathroom. The other bedroom downstairs has a queen and a pull out sleeper sofa and a full bathroom.
The second floor has an upstairs master bedroom with a king and a full bathroom as well as a private sunning deck. Another bedroom upstairs is large enough for two queen beds. The third bedroom upstairs has a queen bedroom. To provide more sleeping arrangements, another room upstairs has a bunkbed consisting of a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. The three bedrooms upstairs aside from the master bedroom upstairs shares a common bathroom.
The upstairs bedrooms with two queen beds and the upstairs bedroom with a bunkbed are often convenient for teenagers or children who would like their own bed while their parents don't have to pay for the cost of a renting an additional bedroom. 16-55th Avenue is set-up to accommodate many guests to have their own bed.

16-55th Avenue is freshly renovated and tastefully decorated. The gourmet kitchen is fully furnished and has granite counter tops and a center island. A dinning room is also available. The den has a TV and DVD player, and all of the bedrooms are equipped with a TV. Three of the four bathrooms have Jacuzzis. A showering area is available ouside to enjoy after a trip from the beach. The beautiful outside scenery can be viewed from the screened-in porch, wrap-around-porches, and second floor sunning deck. 16-55th Avenue is professionally cleaned and set-up upon arrival, and departure cleaning is included.
