Pool Heat: Very important note. If overnight temp. is less than 50 Degrees, pool heat automatically shuts off. Pool heat will heat both the pool and the spa to a maximum temp of 80 to 85 degrees. Spa is not hot tub. Cleaning: Stays less than 7 nights - additional $120 surcharge for cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning - upon request additional $120. Barbeque Grill: Propane BBQ grill rental is available for an additional charge of $55 per week. Discount Weeks Jan 8 - Mar 25, 2005, Apr 2-May 27, 2005, Jan 7-Apr 14, 2006, Apr 23-May 26, 2006.
Economy Weeks: May 28-Sept 9, 2005, May 27-Sept 8, 2006. Premium Weeks: Mar 26 - Apr 1, 2005, Nov 19 - Nov 25, 2005, Dec 24 - Dec 30, Dec 31 - Jan 7, 2005, Apr 15 - Apr 22, 2006, Nov 18 - Nov 24, Dec 23 - Dec 29, Dec 30 -Jan 5, 2007. Cancellation Policy: 30 - 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental charged. 30 days or lees, 100% of rental charged.Deposit Amount: $400 (non-refundable). Security Deposit: $500. Balance Due: 60 days prior to arrival. Minimum Stay: 3 Nights - Discount and Economy weeks. 7 nights - Premium Weeks. A lockbox at the front door allows access upon arrival. The lockbox number and directions will be sent to you via email 1 week prior to arrival. Should damage beyond normal wear and tear or theft occur, you will be charged against your security deposit initially for the damage or stolen item(s) after your departure. If loss is more than the deposit, you agree to be personally responsible. Items in your home are inventoried before and after your visit. Please notify our office if any damage is noted or any items are missing upon your arrival. Any guest found in violation at anytime will be asked to leave. All funds for reservation will be forfeited. All prices shown DO NOT INCLUDE taxes.
