Second Floor: 2nd main living room, kitchen, dining room (w/table seating eight). Large breakfast bar seating additional four. All silverware, plates, glasses included, plus major appliances: microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. Upstairs living room has a pullout sofa which turns into a full-size queen bed. $300 security deposit is required, This is fully refundable within 1 week upon inspection of our Townhouse.
