Property Information
Surf Lane Condominium is located on the corner of 24th East Avenue and Surf Avenue in North Wildwood.
This home features two floors, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, five color cable TVs & 3 DVD players. In a pefect location, just one block from the beautiful North Wildwood beach and boardwalk (plus famous Morey's Pier full with amusements & rides 1 street up at 25th ave). Enjoy Wildwood's beach within walking distance. (Wildwood's Beach is one of the largest around and best of all it is free, no beach tags needed).
First Floor: Living room with 27 inch TV with cable, DVD, VCR. sofa, coffee table, recliner, and small eating table. Very spacious room to sleep more if desired, (Queen-size airbed available to sleep additional two persons if needed). Also the first floor is a fully handicapped accessible bathroom and full-size walk-in closet.
Second Floor: 2nd main living room, kitchen, dining room (w/table seating eight). Large breakfast bar seating additional four. All silverware, plates, glasses included, plus major appliances: microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. Upstairs living room has a pullout sofa which turns into a full-size queen bed. Twenty-seven inch TV with Cable & DVD player.
Large private deck overlooks the corner of 24th Avenue and Surf Avenue. You can see the Boardwalk in view. Perfect for viewing the Fireworks on display every Friday night during the summer (weather permitting).
Three bedrooms on second floor:
BEDROOM #1 - Master bedroom with queen bed, two nightstands, two dressers (one with mirror), private full bathroom, 20 inch TV with cable w/DVD player, and large walk-in closet.
BEDROOM #2 - Full-size bed, nightstand, dresser, 20 inch cable TV, and closet.
BEDROOM #3 - Two twin beds, dresser, 20 inch cable TV, and closet.
Full bathroom with tub and laundry room located in the hall.
Central air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in living rooms and master bedroom.
This unit is located on a corner lot of 24th and Surf with two covered parking spaces in rear middle aisle. This is the total package for your vacation! All the luxuries of home and in a SeaShore Atmosphere.

RENTAL INFORMATION (weekly or weekend):
- Standard weekly rentals are from Sunday to Sunday.
- Weekend rentals are also available during certain times
(June, July, August are not available for weekend rentails)

Families preferred, Adults over 24 (Sorry, No rentals to Teens, Proms, Spring Breakers, etc..)
$300 security deposit is required, This is fully refundable within 1 week upon inspection of our Townhouse.
Please e-mail or call with any questions. We can lock in your date with payment of the security deposit, full payment is due 30 days prior to actual rent date. (Discounts available for multi-week rentors)

- Prior to May 31st = $900/week or $600/weekend (Memorial weekend $1000)
- May 31st to June 21st = $1400/week
- June 21st to August 30th = $1800/week
- After August 30th = $900/week or $600/weekend
- Special Weekends =(Labor Day Weekend $1200) (Irish weekend $1200) (Firemans Weekend $900)
