Location: LaFollette, Norris Lake, Tennessee. This home is easily accessed off of I-75 at Caryville, go Northwest on Highway 63. The home is located near Powell Valley Marina. Everything about this home is BRAND SPANKING NEW The property is located on the shores of a large quiet cove. There is a very gradual slope (no stairs) to the water. The lake view is spectacular. Bring your boat (the launch area is two minutes away from the house) then tie it to your own private dock, right outside your front door. The dock is partially covered, has electric, a large picnic table, an uncovered portion out front for sunbathing, and a permanently attached lakeside ladder, perfect for reboarding the float after swimming.
Gatlinburg is approximately one and a half hours away, Cumberland Gap 30 minutes away. The Greens at Deerfield are 25 minutes away and Woodlake Golf Course 45 minutes away.
If your party is larger, and you need more room, we also own the cottage next door. It also has it's own private dock. Just check with us about availability. You can see pictures on this same website. The name of that property is Eagle Landing 2.
Everything you need is here. Fish, swim, boat, ski, picnic, all right out your front door. You might even get lucky and get a glimpse of the pair of bald eagles nesting right accross the cove from your dock.
