Our beautiful 6 bedroom, 4 bath executive villa is only minutes from Disney and an absolutely stunning place to spend your vacation. Situated on a huge corner lot with plenty of space and privacy fence you'll be thrilled you chose our villa to stay in and your family will thank you. Our villa has a recommended capacity of 12 or less and an absolute maximum capacity of 14 guests.
If you're looking for a luxurious and exceptional villa to spend your vacation in or for your small company retreat then look no further. This house has the WOW factor!! From the moment you arrive you'll be thinking "Wow" or "This is Nice" or "Amazing".
This home has a large living room plus an upper lounge for quite moments apart. In addition all bedrooms have cable TVs and the living room has a huge large screen TV - the perfect place to watch the "Big Game". Just out the back is the over sized screened pool and covered patio with a gas BBQ grill. And there's a seperate sun deck outside the screened area so you can soak up all that warm Florida Sun.
All the rooms are stunningly decorated and create an inviting atmosphere that you won't want to leave. This is the home you'll want to return to as often as you can.
The pool is heaven and no doubt you'll be spending more time here than anywhere else in the house. Soak up the sun on the lounges or have an outdoor meal beside the pool, or watch the kids have the time of their lives. It doesn't get any better than this.
You'll enjoy a huge master suit to call your own while the kids have their own rooms. Why would anyone stay in a hotel when they could have something like this?!!
Our second queen bedroom offers another room for adults in your party. This is very nice for 2 families.
The kids will love the themed bedroom decorations that will make them all the more eager to see Disney.
You'll enjoy a lovely dining room for the family to talk about the great time they had that day. Plus there is plenty of room at the breakfast table, just off the kitchen. Or you could enjoy the warm southern breezes at the patio tables by the pool.

Our game room features a full size pool table and full size air hockey table. And our home also has high speed wireless broadband.
Our community has a very nice pool if you want to use it as well as a tennis court and play ground.

Our villa is only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, Florida where you'll find the 4 major parks of Disney (Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Disney MGM Studios), plus Disney's water parks, Downtown Disney and so much more. Sea World is only about 15 minutes and Universal Studios is close also. Golf courses are abundant around our villa and there are lots of shopping places, groceries and more. Both coasts are about an hour away for beach fun. And don't forget NASA Space center. Our community also has a community heated pool, play ground, and tennis courts. So much to see and do!!
