Come enjoy a truly wonderful Beach House... Sunsetyards is the perfect
family vacation home with lots of extras and all you need for the best
North Shore expeirence. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with large
upper deck is wonderfuly done inside and out.
The house has a great upper deck and lots of windows for light and
ventalation. Decore is tasteful and tropical with teak and bamboo
funiture. Accents and art thoughout, compleat with vintage aloha fabrics
and
classic North Shore photogaphy though out house. Other nice touches
include mermaid mosaic and stained glass window. Also stone deck with
shade and sun and ocean views.
The yard is landscaped with palms, plumerias, ginger,banana trees, and
other flowers all inside a rock wall. Situated one lot off the beach in the
Sunset Point neighborhood.
Sunsetyards has BBQ area under the deck with hammocks and hanging
chairs and grassy lawn.
The property is kept immaculate inside and out and has added security
and parking for up to two cars.
Sunsetyards comes with four bikes and lots of other beach equipment,
drinking water, and high speed internet.
No parties or heavy drinkers please. This is family house in a family
neighborhood. Also a excelent romantic get away.
