The oceanfront although a rocky cliff is about 8 feet above the water and offers a fantastic view that should leave you breathless as soon as you open the front door of this home.
(Sundance Altamar) spa is located directly outside of the living room! (Children must be supervised at all times)

The deck! (enter into the living room, it overlooks the ocean, coastline & a few small islands. Turn of the TV or radio or just listen to the ocean waves. (There is no house between this home and the ocean)
