This tropical condo retreat has been completely renovated inside and out offers complete privacy, security, luxurious comfort and space to rekindle romance and to renew spirit and soul.
The interior has been carefully furnished and lovingly decorated by the owner.
The many amenities include 2 color/cable TVs, DVD and CD players with many CDs, stereo, telephones, DSL,Wireless Internet access, washer/dryer and beach gear , all for your enjoyment and comfort.
You can watch the ocean also from your Master Bedroom which has an ocean view Chroma therapy soaking Bath inside. All linens, towels and beach towels are provided.
Enjoy preparing meals in the well equipped, also view oriented kitchen.
A private ocean side pool with Hot Tub, lounge chairs, BBQ and out door shower area are part of this lovely complex.
There is a small sandy beach and many lovely tide pools plus easy entry into the ocean right next to the Banyan Tree Condos, great for swimming or surfing. This security complex offer a keyed elevator and assigned covered parking. There are many lovely beaches along scenic Alii Drive where you can swim (also with the sea turtles), snorkel or surf in the warm and clear Pacific Ocean. Enjoy the many stores, Farmer�s Market, Theaters, great Restaurants,Golf and Tennis near by..
Banyan Tree Condos are located between Kailua-Kona (about 2.5 Miles North) and Keauhou Resorts(about 2.5 Miles South)

RATES:
*All year $198.00 double,$218.00 for 3 to 5 persons.
MINIMUM STAY 4 nights (Minimum stay might be flexible if between existing reservations). Discounts: 5% with 7 nights or longer. 15 % discount for monthly rates.
* Ironman: 225.00. minimum stay 7 nights.
A one time cleaning fee of110.00 (double) or 120.00 for 3 or 4 persons will be added to your total price.
A fully refundable security deposit of $ 200.00 is due with your reservation which will be refunded within 4 days of departure and after damage and inventory check
LOCATION AND DIRECTIONS:
DIRECTIONS FROM THE KONA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:
Turn RIGHT on Highway 11.
Drive about 6 miles SOUTH to Palani Road
(traffic light).
Turn right and drive toward the ocean. Turn left at the Pier and continue on this road which is now Alii Drive.
Drive 3.5 miles along the ocean until you see Banyan Tree Condos on your right.

| Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATION POLICY:
A reservation deposit of $400.00 minimum (depending on the length of your stay)is due with the reservation.The balance will be due 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
We accept personal checks, money orders. bank transfers Visa, Master Card and Discover Card.
There is a 3 % booking fee with credit cards payments on the remaining balance, but not on the initial deposit.
Cancellation must be received 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund minus 75.00 |
