From here you can walk to beaches, restaurants, boutiques and shops, churches, Internet Cafés, Farmer’s Market, Theaters and night life.
This is a well maintained security building with a large pool and security elevator and private parking space.
A free tennis court and volleyball court is located next to the complex,just bring your tennis rackets. You don’t need a car to enjoy the lovely beaches and many other activities because you are in peaceful Kailua-Kona, on the sunny side of the Big Island.

High Season and Holiday rates:
December 22nd to April 21st 2007:
$ 139.00 per night. Minimum stay 6 nights ( negotiable if between existing reservations )
5 % discount for 7 night stay
15 % discount for monthly stay
Holiday Season:
Thanksgiving : November 20th to the 27th
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A reservation deposit of $300.00 minimum (depending on the length of your stay)is due with the reservation .The balance will be due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
We accept personal checks, money orders. bank transfers Visa, Master Card and Discover Card.
There is a 3 % booking fee with credit card payments on the remaining balance, but not on the initial deposit.
Cancellation must be received 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund minus 50.00 cancellation fee.
