Property Information
The Florida House villa is a spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, featuring your own private screened-in pool and spa. On the main floor is a large master bedroom with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and color television. The second downstairs bedroom has a full size bed, and a bathroom across the hall. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms: two are fitted with two twin beds each, and the other is fitted with a full size bed. The upstairs also includes a full bathroom. The large, open living room has a color cable television, a DVD/VHS player, a Super Nintendo entertainment system, a number of videos and DVDs, as well as games and comfortable furniture, including a loveseat, sofa (with a pull-out bed), and armchair. The kitchen of the Florida House is fully-equipped with all the necessary utensils and cookware, and a separate dining area is a great place to enjoy a home-cooked meal and plan for your vacation in the Florida sunshine! Treat your family to this wonderful vacation home. It sleeps 10 - 12 people quite comfortably.
This fabulous vacation home is conveniently located just outside Orlando, Florida, and right off Highway 27. This means that Disney World is just a short drive of 15 minutes, and other Orlando area attractions are close by. Within The Palms neighborhood subdivision, the Florida House villa is near the community pool and playground, as well as the tennis and basketball courts. Close to everything, but in a nice, quiet subdivision, the Florida House is the perfect place to spend your vacation!
Be sure to look at our floor plan to get a good feel for everything you’ll have to enjoy and look forward to. Almost 2,300 square feet of space.
