"SUNSETTER"
Super Non-Smoking, Four Bedroom, Three Bath, Beach House located in Surf City on Long Beach Island New Jersey... This Oceanside home is one house off the ocean and has beach access with no streets to cross.
The house was totally gutted, renovated, refurnished, and refurbished by a professional decorator to provide a relaxed and beachy feeling. There is an all new modern eat-in kitchen and a cathedral ceiling in the living room, dining room and kitchen Great Room, and also in the Master Bedroom Suite. Ceramic tile was installed in all living areas and bathrooms plus pergo wood floors were installed in all four bedrooms. Brand new TV, VCR, and DVD in all bedrooms plus new appliances and furniture throughout house.
The four bedrooms include a master suite with cathedral ceiling, wrap-around deck, and floor to ceiling windows with a king bed and sitting area with queen sleeper and private bathroom. The second bedroom has queen bed. The third bedroom has a full bed. The fourth bedroom has a twin bunk plus an additional twin bed. Living room has an additional queen sleeper.
The house is a two-story, ranch-style home which has central air and gas heat with numerous decks and plenty of large windows for beautiful views of the ocean. The house has plenty of off street parking for your convenience plus a new outdoor shower. The home is located at the end a beach block just a few steps from the beach with no street to cross to get onto the beach. House is close to miniature golf, many family activities, kid-friendly restaurants, ice cream stands, bicycle rental stores, etc.
Long Beach Island was ranked by National Geographic Traveller Magazine in 2003 as one of the top 5 top family beaches in USA.
The house is convenietly located close to the causeway at the entrance to LBI and 30 minutes from Atlantic City with its Famous Boardwalk and World Class casinos, 1 hour from Philadelphia and 1.5 hours from New York City.
