My unit is 4 years-old townhome, recently upgraded w/ new paint and new high graded carpet.
End unit of the bldg and very far away from the next bldg so there is more of privacy and more lights from a lot of windows.
It is about 1700 sq ft (not including lanai) overlooking at the pool and right across the street from JW Marriott.
It's about 10 mins comfortable walk to the nearest lagoon beach fronting JW Marriott.
The tall building behinds the pool is J.W. Marriott.
just steps away from 4 lagoon beaches.
It’s the largest model in coconut plantation and the only one that has marble throughout floor, bath, counter top.
It has 2 stories, 3 bedrooms (cal king in masterbed and queen on 2nd and 3rd bedroom), large living room, dining room, 2 car garage, 2 lanais w/ beautiful pool view.
Our unit is recently refurnished in June 2008 with high end solid wood elegant contemporary European
furniture by interior designer, Sophia Drake from Honolulu Design Center, Inspiration Interiors.
Master Bedrooms w/ full bath, cal king (top of the line) euro pillow top mattresses on platform beds.
Bedding w/ the most luxurious Hotel Collection duvet, coverlet, quilted shams, alternative down comforter, mattress pad, 600-1000 TC Egyptian cotton sheets and alternative down pillows.
Just image you lie down on a bed of total luxury. You sink, sink, sink down into silky softness that cuddles you as you sweep away to dream land. The bedding is so soft it envelopes your body from the first moment.
Each bedding set is $1500-$2000, not including mattress and bedroom set furnitures.
Living room has detached sectional sofa (= 2 twin) and high quality queen air mattress.
Sony 40" 1080p BRAVIA® LCD HDTV in the living room.
Sharp 32'' LCD HDTV in master bedroom.

$500 refundable security deposit (refundable after checking out w/ no damage, $1000 refundable security deposit if stay more than 30 days)
