Property Information
Our vacation home is part of a family friendly 7 Condo Resort located on the quiet Cyprus Avenue behind the Chapel by the Sea Church, on Clearwater Beach Island. These beautiful homes are landscaped together in a tropical garden, with 2 new heated pools, surrounded by palm trees.
We are 2 minute, 2 block walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Frenchys and Palm Pavilion have live music as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico. We are close to Pier 60, great place for kids, with a Key West Style Festival every evening. These vacation homes are privately owned and managed. Also available is a 2 bedroom 1 bath, 1 bedroom 1. Check out our photos, it is all very clean and tropical to put you in the latitude.

Rental Weeks run Saturday to Saturday
Please add 12% lodging tax,and a $60 cleaning fee to listed prices.
Local Special Events - $100 additional per week.
