There is 24 hour security. Access to the elevator and all floors is controlled by electronic means.
Only a short walk to all famous Waikiki attractions, beaches, entertainment, restaurants, Ala Moana Shopping Center, and Ala Moana Beach Park. The Bus stops at the corner (one-minute walk). A coin-operated laundry is available in the building, along with pool, and sun deck.
