The Boulevard Club is an adult community, (one person must be 55 or older), located at 7701 Starkey Road, Seminole, Fl. All condos are nonsmoking and pets are not permitted. The grounds have a 24-hour secured electronic system, assigned parking, 2 swimming pools and tennis court.
The complex is quiet and peaceful; everyone is very friendly and you will make new friends quickly. As guest of The Boulevard Club you are welcome to participate in all activities at the clubhouse and pool area.
One of two pools you'll enjoy while staying at The Boulevard ClubTennis court is available for your use during your stay.
Also available at The Boulevard Club are three laundromats, that use Mac-Gray smart cards. The Mac-Gray card provides instant convenience by eliminating the need to search for coins. The card contains a computer chip that you can add value as you need to. Each time you do laundry the smart card will deduct the cost:washers are $1.00 for 25 minutes and dryers are $.50 for 45 minutes.)
When you come in for your stay you will find a second condo key, mail box key, smart card and pool key, on the dining room table. The pool key allows access to The Boulevard Club's swimming pools, tennis and clubhouse.

Off Season Rate - ranges from $750.00 to $1000.00 each month
(plus tax and cleaning fee)
In Season Rate - ranges from $1450.00 each month
(plus tax and cleaning fee)
Two bedroom, one bath units:
Off Season Rate - $1300.00 each month
(plus tax and cleaning fee)
In Season Rate - $1700.00 each month
(plus tax and cleaning fee)
Two bedroom, two bath units:
Off Season Rate - $1400.00 each month
(plus tax and cleaning fee)
In Season Rate - $1800.00 each month
(plus tax and cleaning fee)
Off Season is May 1 thru Oct. 31and In Season is Nov. 1 thru April 30
Rates are based on in season and off season stays as well as length of stay.
Rental Information:
No pets shall be brought on the premises.
No smoking in the condo. All smoking must be done outdoors.
All condo statutes, ordinances and requirements must be complied with.
Upon leaving, guests are expected to carry out all trash, do their dishes and leave the premises in a neat and tidy condition.
A cleaning fee of $75.00 is applied to each unit, and if unit is left untidy additional cleaning charges will apply

There's plenty to do while you stay at The Boulevard Club in sunny Florida's gulf coast. Local beaches are just a 10-minute drive. There, you'll find miles and miles of white sandy beach, sparkling blue water and year-round activities to enjoy.Besides the picturesque beautiful beaches, Gulf of Mexico you will find a wide variety of parks and recreation amenities: sailing, boating, jet skiing, parasailing, casino cruises, fishing, golfing, sight seeing and just plain relaxing.
If sports are to your liking, Tampa Bay area offers a wide variety of preseason baseball, football and ice hockey. Visit Tropicana Field, Legends Field, Raymond James Stadium or the Ice Palace, now called St. Pete Forum. Preseason baseball teams include the Yankees, Phillies and Blue Jays. The Devil Rays are the local baseball team, professional football teams include the NFL Bucs and AFL Storm and the NHL Lightning is the local pro hockey team.
The center of Madeira Beach is known as John's Pass Village, it is a must see when visiting. This quaint fishing village plays host to numerous charters and boat tours. The boardwalk is on the waterfront, with over a hundred merchants offering a most unique retail shopping experience and plenty of parking.
John's Pass is a great place to stroll, shop and eat. The dining amenities are first rate. Fresh seafood is available as well as traditional meals. Enjoy a fresh seafood dinner and head back to the beach to watch the sunset.
Further away but still within driving distance is Disney World about an 90-minute drive. Tampa is approximately 25 miles when you can visit Busch Gardens and historic Ybor City, offering restaurants, glamorous nightlife and shopping.
You can also golf all day, visit art museums, take day or evening casino cruise, rent a boat or eat in the variety of restaurants and enjoy all the flavor of sunny Florida.
