It is just 50 steps to famous Rocky Point surf beach from these two luxury studio apartments which can be rented individually or together with the ease of a connecting door. It is less than 1 mile to Sunset Beach, Backdoors, Pupukea, and Banzai Pipeline surf beaches; 2 miles to Shark's Cove and Waimea Bay surf beaches; and within 3 miles of Velzyland, Gas Chambers, Jocko's, and Chun's Reef. These studios are in the middle of surf heaven and were completely renovated in 2005 with fresh paint, new flooring, upgraded appliances, bedding and decor. This is quite possibly the best value on the north shore.
400 square feet of living space in each studio with newer vinyl tile in kitchen and baths. All new kitchen and bath cabinets, full size appliances, and decor were added in 2005.
Each studio had air conditioning for year-round comfort.
Cable color TV with HBO plus 100 premium channels, including music stations.
FREE high-speed internet access in one unit.
A queen bed in the main living area and a folding twin (floor) can accommodate up to 3 people in each studio. The larger of the two studios also has a sofa and desk. Both have kitchen & counter space uncommon for a studio. There are beautiful mountain views from the living area.
An outdoor gas barbecue is shared among the studios. There is also a small patio seating area and a lockable storage shed for surfboards, etc. which is shared with guests of a larger home. An outdoor shower is also available and shared.
