Enjoy the HUGE DECK (1480 square feet of private, ocean view deck) of this PENTHOUSE CONDO, serviced by a private stairway to the fourth floor. Breezy location, facing into the Trade Winds (a MUST for everyone!) with OCEAN VIEWS from every room.
Snorkeling is within footsteps of your door, and three sets of mask, snorkel and fins are provided free for your use. Scuba and Snuba dives are available day and night right across the street. Beach equipment also included: Four folding beach chairs, six beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a rolling ice chest.
Enjoy the pool from dawn to dusk, have a BBQ with either of the gas or charcoal grills that are at your disposal, and even dine outdoors on the granite covered picnic table.
The unit's full kitchen includes a microwave, electric range (with oven!), toaster, blender, coffee grinder and coffee maker, quality pots and pans and serving utensils. Wine glasses and a wine opener are among a few of the finer touches that make this Condo your home in Paradise!
This TWO bedroom, one bathroom Condo sleeps six easily, with two futons available for "floor" guests.
The room includes Cable TV, a DVD player, a VCR, a small selection of Family movies, in room telephone service, and wireless DSL area available to you upon request.
