Property Information
Hawaii, Big Island, Kohala Coast Villa. This 10 acre
paradise is located in the prestigious gated community
of Kohala Ranch. Ideal accommodations for families or
a group of couples seeking an island retreat of their
own. Our home away from home features an open airy
setting with a large master suite with ocean and
mountain views, a private lanai and outdoor shower.
The other 4 bedroom suites, 3 with ocean views and
private lanai and one with mountain views, each with
their own private bathrooms and 2 additional half
baths. The design of this house allows for individual
space and comfort in our gourmet kitchen, vaulted
ceilings in the living room, dining room, game room.
Enjoy yourself in your own private swimming pool with
spa and tennis court, indoor dry and steam sauna. Than
relax under the covered lanai and enjoy the spectacular
views of Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa, Maui and the sunset
over the Pacific Ocean.

advance with the owner.
