This beautifully decorated, charming home is located in Hawaiian Paradise Park (HPP) just 6 blocks from the beauty of the Pacific Ocean. Hawaiian Sunset House (HSH) is our home, and we would like to share our happiness and our home with you.
This incredibly clean, two-bedroom, two-bath, house is located on a quiet one acre lot, filled with beautiful landscaping. It has a den which can easily be converted into a third bedroom, a very comfortable living room, and a fully stocked kitchen.
This spotless home is ready for you and your family. It sleeps 4 adults comfortably, and could sleep as many as 6 (4 adults, 2 children). Hawaiian Sunset House can be used as a private retreat, for a wonderfully relaxing vacation. Sit on the back yard patio, reading a book, feeling the warm tropical breezes, while sipping tropical drinks, made in the comfort of your fully stocked kitchen.
Hawaiian Sunset House can also be used for that perfect short term rental, from 3 days to 3 months for the traveling person visiting Hawaii on business, and needs a place to unwind and feel like 'home'. Hawaiian Sunset House is completely furnished, down to the napkins, appliances and tableware. It also has all the amenities of home, such as, DVD player, CD player, Satellite television, and DSL internet service is provided.
So, whatever brings you to Hawaii, whether your needs are temporary lodging while you house hunt for your dream vacation home, longer-term rentals for employment reasons, or a week's vacation in paradise, Hawaiian Sunset House can accommodate your needs while providing you with all the comforts, sights, sounds, of Hawaii, without breaking your wallet. It’s simple and affordable, but with all the pleasures of home, and because of this, we can share our Hawaiian Sunset House with you.
Once you walk through our lot with wild orchids, ferns, native trees, palms, and fragrant plants, you will immediately be put at peace. In seconds you will become part of the magical tranquility of Hawaii. Hawaiian Sunset House is centrally located and regardless if you're heading up the mountains to view the incredible ever changing Volcanoes National Park or down to the Kapoho Oceanside where the swimming and snorkeling are some of the best in the islands, you will find what you’re looking for. Sit and relax on the backyard lanai and feel the trade winds breeze through the entire house.
If staying in doesn’t fit your needs, head out to Hilo, or Pahoa, our little village that dates back to the sugar processing days of the late 1800's for some terrific dining! You can take a nice leisurely drive to Hilo, only 15-20 minutes away and you can be enjoying the abundance of shopping, theatres, and restaurants. Also, located nearby is the town of Kea'au, which has a grocery store, video rental shop, café, and pharmacy.
Conveniently located close to Hawaiian Sunset House are some really terrific farmer's markets. The Hilo market is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays and the Makuu market (just about five minutes from Hawaiian Sunset House) is open every Sunday.
The Market is wonderful for all of your fruit shopping and fresh vegetables, terrific tropical flowers, and great local craftsmen showing their wares.
Hawaiian Sunset House is your perfect, affordable get-away to the Big Island and all of its sights and sounds. Hawaiian Sunset House is centrally located to all East Hawaii attractions and is ideally situated to be your base of operations during your visit but still far from tourists and noise.
Hawaiian Sunset House is for discerning vacationers, couple(s) or families, who yearn to be close to nature and the ocean, and can appreciate the healing benefits of breathing in the salt air of the Pacific Ocean, and feel the warmth of tropical breezes.
The Thermal Hot Springs are also nearby, where locals swim in healing waters that are heated volcanically and cooled by the ocean waters. There are beaches within a half hour, and the ocean cliffs are but just a few minutes away. Trails for jogging and biking, are nearby. Snorkeling areas in Kapoho Tide Pools and the Champagne Pools are a half hour away and un-crowded.
