The Pool House is in sunny Kapoho witha 180 degree view of the ocea. It is surrounded by fruit trees, palms, and a private swimming pool. The House has two units: the top floor with three bedrooms (two queens and one twin) and two baths, and the lower unit with two bewdrooms (one queen and one twin) and two baths. Large groups may rent both, but individuals who have difficulty climbing stairs may prefer to rent the lower unit only. With three futons, a rollaway, and a crib, the rental can accomodate up to 14 people. Both units have kitchens, separate dining areas, and large covered lanais. The Pool House is within walking distance of six accesses to the ocean for snorkeling and swimming. One access leads to Champagne pond; the crystal clear geothermally headed tidal pool pictured in "Big Isalnd Revealed" and other noted travel guides. Pahoa Town, eight miles away, has a number of different ethnic restaurants, board sidealks, small shops, and grocery stores.

1/3 of the total is required as a deposit which is nonreturnable unless we are able to re-rent the unit. Until reservation is confirmed (deposit received), rates are subject to change without notice.

Because of our unique location on the Southeastern tip of the Big Island, you will likely experience delightful trade winds without the rainy tropical storms that often accompnay them. Unlike Waikiki or Kona, we have no high rises and very little traffic.
