Anini Kai, on the North Shore of Kauai, is a comfortable, family-friendly vacation rental that is only 100 steps away from beautiful, peaceful Anini Beach. The large back yard is great for kids to play frisbee or explore. Anini has one of the largest coral reefs in the Hawaiian Islands. The reef is offshore about 150 yards, creating gentle wave action for swimming and snorkeling, or you can relax on the beautiful sand beach.
The historic town of Hanalei is only a few miles away with shops and a grocery store. Beautiful Hanalei Bay is great for surfing, sight-seeing and boat tours. Also nearby is the town of Princeville, which has full resort facilities, including 45 holes of championship golf. Drive a few miles south to the Kilauea Lighthouse, and you are on the northern-most point of the island. Views from the Lighthouse are amazing, and you can learn about the many varieties of birds in the wildlife preserve.
