Conveniently located just north of the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens,which is walking distance from the house. Just 10 minutes drive to Mendocino and 3 minutes from Fort Bragg, this house is perfectly located and wonderfully private. Children welcome with supervision on oceanside.
