This brand new home was designed for the luxury rental market. On a gated lot in a gated community with no neighbors on three sides, privacy is assured. Views are spectacular but it's the amenities that make this house special.
Four master bedroom suites each with outdoor shower, steeping tub, private lanai with hot tub, kitchenette and plasma TV/DVD is just the beginning. The main house has a huge lanai bordering the pool; sitting, living, dining and family rooms and a gourmet kitchen. The family room boasts a 4 foot by 8 foot screen for the projection TV/DVD. There are a total of six baths, one of which is handicapped friendly with an outdoor shower by the pool.
