This is one beach vacation you won't soon forget!! Relax and enjoy the panoramic views of sugar-white beaches and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico from the balcony of our gorgeous beachfront condo. One of ONLY five units in a nice, quiet complex, our top floor location -above one other unit- offers not only the quietest location, but also the best views! The condo has a cute, island-style decor. The location is only 20 minutes from the Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airport and 30 minutes from Tampa.
Spend a lazy day in our crystal-clear pool or mix an ice cold drink and sit by the island-style bar or under the tiki tables as you watch a game of shuffleboard or just soak up the sun's rays.
The unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, if your vacation plans involve cooking, and there is room for 6 people to dine comfortably at the table, and 4 more at the counter. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a great Sealy Posturpaedic mattress and its own private bathroom, walk-in closet and cable television.
The guest bedroom has a set of comfortable twin beds. The guest bath has been nicely decorated and is right next to the bedroom. The living room has an additional full-sized pull-out sofa, if you need to accommodate 2 more people. There is a cable television and a VHS/DVD player for your entertainment needs.
Numerous attractions nearby include Busch Gardens (30 minutes), Disney World (90 minutes), golf, aquariums, art museums, planetarium, great restaurants, water sports, rentals, and loads of beach fun!!
By far, one of the best beach condos you will find anywhere!
The unit is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Pets must be 20lbs or smaller with a non-refundable $50.00 deposit.
