Five bedroom, 3 .5 bath, 2nd floor beach masterpice. Spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, extra clean, and very well maintained. This fantastic unit lot has all the bells and whistles including an extra large dining table w/14 chairs and kitchen island w/5 swivel chairs. Of course there is wireless internet access, as well. Sleeping arrangements include 2 king beds, a childrens bedroom that sleeps 5 with a pyramid bunk and a set of single bunks, There are 3 full bathrooms and a whirlpool bath in the master bedroom. For large families there is parking for 3 cars (1 in the garage) and off-street parking. Enjoy the large breezy decks in the front and back of the property. What a great location at the corner of 7th and Ocean Avenue with front and side entrances. After the beach, there is an Outdoor shower with lots of room to clean up and an indoor cabana shower on the ground level. So, walk to the beach and boardwalk (2 minutes), shopping, restaurants, ice cream parlor, take-out restaurants, and coffee shops. Once on the boardwalk, amusements and music pier are only a short distance away. One block from tennis courts, bike rentals, park, and church. Short distance to the grocery store and playgrounds. This is the perfect location and unit for your family vacation.
