Property Information
The Hanalei & the Wai’oli are a side by side duplex. Set behind a bed of gorgeous tropical foliage, private parking area and a raised entry garden, you will be only 5 houses from the beach and in the center of all the North Shore’s best beaches.
Each home has granite counters, travertine floors, Hawaiian style furnishings, top line appliances, stainless steel BBQs & outdoor showers in your separate back yard. The great room features a lava rock wall and looks into your back yard with its covered alfresco dining area. The Hanalei is a 3/3+loft and the Wai’oli is a 2/2+loft. Both homes are gracious yet comfortable. With this location you are 2 minutes to the beach -- if you walk slowly, a few blocks to town, and only minutes in the car from Princeville with its health club, spa, golf courses, tennis and riding. The Hanalei also has a side ramp to the front door and a no thresh hold shower in the master bath. The beds are a king, 2 twins and a full size in the loft with an additional queen in the Hanalei. Property Activities
A two minute stroll will bring you to Waioli Beach Park in the center of Hanalei Bay. A few blocks away lies the Hanalei town center with eclectic shops, beach toy rentals (masks, boards, kayaks and bicycles), market, fish store and excellent restaurants.
Its all in the neighborhood, and Hanalei is a great neighborhood with a fabulous bay, beautiful mountains, waterfalls and rainbows. Rates are very low since these are introductory prices.
