| Cancellation Policy: If Travel Insurance is purchased, please check with Travel Guard Insurance about refund should cancellation be necessary. If you choose to waive Travel Insurance we will do our best to re-rent your reserved property for the same rate and time period. All cancellations must be received in writing at which time the property will be made available to another guest. There is no refund unless the property is re-rented for the exact time period and same rate, at which time a $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged. Once a reservation is made and confirmed, if for any reason a change needs to be made on the same home, a $50.00 change may apply. If the change involves another property, it will fall under the cancellation policy. |

Very enjoyable house for short period
- Extemely large house with enough space for 7
- Only 1 bathroom which dicated times for showers
- Location off the beaten path; approximately 10 miles from major road. Need to advertise that 4WD vehicle required during winter. Did not know this and obvious result was stuck vehicles.
- Thanks to the resort snow plow worker who assisted in retrieving our vehicles.
- Traveling at night was an adventure. Street sign posts hard to read.
- Noise between first and second floor extreme. No sound proofing in the flooring. More...

relaxing and beautiful
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the well- appointed and maintained Birchwood Cabin. The kitchen was stocked with necessary items and everything was clean. The cabin felt cozy and was just as advertised. The only thing I would warn people about it the difficulty of driving on the road in. If there had been snow or ice, we would have been in trouble. Now we know for next time.
We plan to visit again for sure.
