Full Payment: 60 days prior to arrival.
Refund Policy if cancellation prior to checking in:
Full Refend--if cancelled 60 days prior.
50% Refund--if cancelled 30 days prior.
25% Refund--if cancelled 15 days prior.
No refund if notice given less than 15 days prior to arrival.
Should we be able to re-book the unit for partial or all of the dates reserved, a refund for the dates we could fill will be given.
