This is the first season this beautifully appointed oceanfront home has been a rental.
The downstairs has an open floor plan which includes: a gourmet kitchen, two sitting areas with oceanviews, and a dining room with oceanviews. The first floor bedroom with a queen bed has a full bath.
The master suite is on the second floor with a sitting area and veranda. It overlooks the beach and ocean. The large master bath has ocean views from the jacuzzi tub by the fireplace. Also on the second floor there are two bedrooms with queen beds and either a daybed w/trundle or sleeper chairs. These two bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bath, each having individual sinks & commodes.
The third floor bedroom has twin beds and a full bath.
Whether you are sitting inside enjoying the views or on the back porch cooking on the grill, the ocean looks close enough to touch.
