This beautiful upscale oceanfront home sits directly on one of Charleston finest beaches.
Pool can be heated to approximately 85 degrees for an additional $500 per week plus taxes.
When weather is 45 degrees or below the pool will not heat to a swim able temperature. Season to heat pool is Mid March threw December.

Bedroom 2- Two twins, ceiling fan, high speed internet access, full bath in hall side of bedroom.
1/2 bath in foyer off great room.
Great room- fabulous ocean views, beautifully furnished by interior decorator. Heart pine floors, gas fire place, TV, VCR, Bose stereo system with CD player, lots of comfortable seating.
Decks- Two levels of decks with beautiful ocean, beach and sunrise views. Plenty of chairs, 7 Carolina rockers and a picnic table. Hot & cold outdoor shower.
Updated kitchen- Stainless steel appliance, granite counter tops with cooks Island and seating for four. Sub zero refrigerator, microwave, oven, flat surface cook top, coffee maker, blender, toaster and highchair. Dining table for eight with ocean view, separate sitting or card table for four in great room.
Laundry Laundry room w/ washer & dryer, iron and ironing board.
