This lovely oceanfront home is perfect for family get togethers. Plenty of beds for everyone. The large screened porch looks out over the inground pool and the beach.
Pool can be heated to approximately 85 degrees for an additional $500 per week.
When weather is 45 degrees or below the pool will not heat to a swimable temperature. Season to heat pool is Mid March through December.
1st Floor: Master Suite has a 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Futon, full bath, TV/DVD ocean view, large screen porch.
Bedroom 2- 1 Queen, 1 Double Futon, full bath.
1/2 bath in foyer off great room.
Great room- fabulous ocean views, beautifully furnished. Hardwood floors, gas fire place, TV/DVD/VCR, stereo system with CD player, lots of comfortable seating.
Huge Screen porch and sun deck with beautiful ocean, beach and sunrise views. Plenty of out door seating on screen porch, two tables for ten each.
Updated kitchen- granite counter tops with breakfast bar stools for three and breakfast table for ten. Additional dining room with table for ten

Laundry Laundry room w/ washer & dryer, iron and ironing board.
2nd Floor:
Bedroom 3- 2 twins, 1 Double.
Bedroom 4- 1 Queen, 1 Double, ocean view.
Bedroom 5- 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper, 1 Queen Futon, TV/DVD/VCR, ocean view with sun deck, (could also be used as a den).
Bedroom 6- 1 Queen, 1 Double, ocean view.
Bedroom 7- 1 Queen, 1 Double, has in room entrance to one of two full hall baths.
