| Deposits: 1/3 of Total at time of reservation, balance 30 days prior to arrival |
| Cancellation Policy: If Travel Insurance is purchased, please check with Travel Guard Insurance about refund should cancellation be necessary. If you choose to waive Travel Insurance we will do our best to re-rent your reserved property for the same rate and time period. All cancellations must be received in writing at which time the property will be made available to another guest. There is no refund unless the property is re-rented for the exact time period and same rate, at which time a $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged. Once a reservation is made and confirmed, if for any reason a change needs to be made on the same home, a $50.00 change may apply. If the change involves another property, it will fall under the cancellation policy. |

Great place to stay!
We stayed at Arrowhead 25 over the New Year's weekend and it was a great place for a number of couples to stay and all have their private spaces. The place is much prettier than the pictures reflect and it has plenty of spacefor a larger group. It was extremely clean and we loved the flexibility of bringing our own linens to cut back on costs.
We enjoyed sitting in the basement playing games by the fire. The two living areas allowed us to put those who wanted to go to bed early away from all of the activity.
My only complaint is this property is decribed as having two parking spots and we never understood where the second spot was located. The overflow parking worked just fine for us but make sure you ask about the second assigned spot.

Had a great time
The home was very nice and clean. Great location since we wanted to visit the Honi-Honi. The only complaint was the air conditioning units placed in the house did not do the job. One was extremely loud also. Other than that everything was fine. Will book again if that is resolved. Thanks

Amazing Experience
The only thing that I would say I didn't like about it is that there
wasn't much of a beach for my kids to experience playing in the water
without dealing with mud and duck droppings, but the house itself was
perfect for our needs. The kids loved the bunkbeds and the rooms were
nicely decorated. I appreciated so much, the idea of a family
allowing total strangers to experience their personal vacation spot.
That amazes me to this day. And, although we didn't stay long enough
to meet too many of the neighbors, the people living their year round
that we did meet were nice enough for us to want to move there. One
family warmly helped me find my way to the only "beach" they knew of
and another gentleman helped me up when I twisted my ankle off the
sidewalk while packing up to leave. Being 6 months pregnant, I
imagine I looked pretty pathetic laying on the ground crying..., but
I turned out to be fine and only bruised my ankle and drove the whole
5 hours home.

Girls Getaway
The descriptionand the photos of arrowhead 25 do not give it justice. What a pleasant place to stay. While still feeling tucked away in the woods, you were literally walking distance from a grocery, restaraunt, and the bar. We had a blast! More...
