This vacation treasure offers 1200 sq. ft. of luxury style living. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. This allows the sleeping of 6 very comfortably, (utilizing the sleeper sofa). The TOP FLOOR (third floor) of a six unit building gives you quiet and privacy. There is a HEATED POOL.
There is ceramic tile throughout the living areas except for the carpeted bedrooms and being a CORNER UNIT this allows extra light from windows in every room plus a skylight in the hallway. A wood burning FIREPLACE in the living room for those cool romantic nights.
A WASHER/DRYER inside the unit for those extended stays. All the bedrooms and the living room have remote controlled ceiling fans.
There is a semi private ELEVATOR (only operates with your key) that opens right on your balcony and takes you to your covered parking area. This also enables it to be wheelchair accessible. On the ground floor there is a storage room that has plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella. Kids sand toys are included. The LIVING ROOM has an AM/FM Stereo, 27" TV with cable (premium movie channels, HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, etc.),VCR and a DVD player. High-Speed Wireless Internet Connection is located in the living room.

This condo and it's location is just breathtaking. You will enjoy all that this condo has to offer. The views of the beautiful pool,beach,shoreline,white sands and sunsets will never be forgotten. The sliding glass door out to your "private balcony" with your own elevator down to the pool and beach make it all so easy. The condo is very clean and has all you need. Take my word"you will be so glad you stayed here." It is like Paradise!!!!

I noticed that even after leaving the local attractions, the closer we got back to the condo --- fewer cars were in my rear view mirror.
What a awesome stay, secluded from crowds, roomy, romantic and right on the Gulf Coast! Our family loved this trip and we have told everyone ... the sunsets were breathtaking too.
