Beautiful lakefront located on Stony Point with majestic views of Grandview Bay to the east, Sturgeon Point to the northeast and the Canadian shoreline to the north. It is a short walk to access the beach. Built in 1932, the house has hardwoods throughout with the great room featuring a two-story stone fireplace.
The first floor has an updated kitchen, dining room, great room, full bath, two bedrooms with two twin beds in each and a front sunroom which affords panoramic waterfront views. The second floor has two bedrooms with a queen bed in one and a full bed in the other and a second full bath.
