Property Information
Located in Angola/Point Breeze this cute newly remodeled year round home/cottage may be just what your looking for. Just a minute to a beautiful public beach. On a large double lot for summer fun and games. Fire pit, deck, and gas grill. Inside are three bedrooms that consist of either a full bed or daybed. Sleeps a total of 6. New bath with tub/shower. Nice kitchen with dishwasher,stove, microwave and refrigerator. Kitchen has all dishes, silverware and pots. Cozy living room with ceiling fan.
Linens and pillows provided. Towels provided for out-of-towners.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets. You can see the beach area from the front yard. The beach is a public beach with beautiful sand, a playground, and basketball court.
There will be chairs and tables provided for your outside use.
The yard will have a fire pit, horseshoes, and badmitten.
Heat for those chilly nights.
There is also a Pizza Parlor(Just Pizza and Pat's), and Bar (Castaways, Captian Kids) just down the road. Minutes away there are 2 boat launches for your boat or jet ski.
Also there are 3 large parks(Buffalo Beach, Evangola State Park, and Evans Town Park) all within a few miles.
Mickey Rats Bar, Connors Hotdog Stand and Lakeside Market with their famous sausage or anything else you need are all in very close proximity.
Grandview Golf Course- 9 hole and a Miniature Golf course within minutes.
Casino and Bingo very close.
An hour to Niagara Falls NY and Ontario.
Additional Rate Information
Weeks run- arrival Sunday 2 pm to departure Sunday 11:00am.
Security deposit- $250.00 (it is returned after inspection of the property as long as cottage is left as found)
Down Payment of $350.00 with written rental contract. Payment by cash, check or money order. Remainder of pmt. due 3 weeks before arrival date.
