Property Information

Spend your vacation at one of Floridas most popular beaches. Our rental is still new! It has 5 floors with a private elevator.
Floor 1 is a 2 car gargage,
Floor 2 is a spacious romantic master bedroom with a huge bath tub and separate shower. Just in case, there is a small sofa bed for another guest.
Floor 3 has two more bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. One large bedroom sleeps 3 and the other 2. you could also fit a blow up mattress in one of the rooms its so big.
Floor 4 is Spectacular! the views are in the front and back. We love to go on the porches and relax, or sit in the family room/ big kitchen and hang out with friends and family.
Floor 5 is our best kept secret, its rootop patio has everything you would need to grill and entertain, a small kitchen, and Hot tub. You could spend hours on this floor. It has a Great TV and stereo simular to the family room yet outside. The view is unbelievable and since we are the corner unit we have it all.
We took pride in decorating in a comfortable, yet classy way.
The location is perfect,delicous family and fine dining restaurants are in walking distance,and a park right accross the street.
Clearwater Beach is beautiful, the sand
white and fine. One block from Our beach house.
Clearwater Beach has a Pirate ship for tours. The kids love this, but adults like to go on it and party.

Additional Rate Information

We love when our renters are able to stay longer,and will be glad to discount the weekly rate by the amount of weeks that are rented.

Vacation Rental Policies

Check In: 5:00 pm

Check Out: 8:00 am

Required Stay: one week

Deposits: 1000.00 that is refunable as soon as we make sure damage has not been done, and 1/2 of rent. full rent is required at least one week before your arrive

Cancellation Policy: 3 weeks prior for deposit

Other Policies: We prefer to rent from Saturday to saturday but we will make exceptions

This area is awesome, we both grew up here and have lots a great memories of the beach. You really don't need to go off the beach unless you really want to venture.
