Great beach home with a fantastic view. The front yard is beach and Lake Erie! Excellent outdoor Entertaining. Pictures speak for themselves.
Cottage is 35 minutes from Buffalo Niagara International airport via West Bound NYS Thruway, exiting at #57 Eden Angola, taking a right turn off the Thruway on Eden-Evans Center Road. Go 8 miles to Old Lake Shore Road and turn right. Go ¼ mile to Lake Bay Grove and turn left.
