Protected by a gated entrance, this Lanikai oceanfront Villa in the Sun offers a rare combination of breathtaking ocean views and privacy. The semi-circular driveway has a double-gated entrance and can accommodate 3 cars. The best beaches in Hawaii, Kailua and Lanikai, are a short 3-minute walk from the Villa.
The Villa is 3,800 square feet of luxury living, located on the beautiful windward coast of Oahu, in the upscale community of Lanikai. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are right on the ocean. Each bedroom is spacious, and has a theme: Bali, Victorian, Travelers, Tropical, and the master suite. 4 have king size beds, and 1 has a queen. The 3 bathrooms (in addition to the master) all have double sinks and separate toilet and shower, and one has a glass ceiling to see the beach and stars!
The Master Suite is a 1,000 square foot apartment located on the second floor, with incomparable views. From the balcony, you can see the famous twin Mokulua Islands and watch incredible sun and moon rises. The Master Suite includes one large bedroom with a king-sized bed, gas fireplace, large TV with cable, a separate walk-in closet and, of course, a luxurious master bathroom with double shower and a jacuzzi tub with an ocean view.
The villa is beautifully furnished in a wonderful blend of art deco and tropical. There are two bars and a dining room that face the ocean. The kitchen is spacious with a large sub-zero fridge, 2 oven/microwave combos, a dishwasher and all the kitchenware you may need. Both the living room, which faces the ocean and has a marble gas fireplace, and the family room have large TVs with DVD. A workout room has an exercise bike, elliptical machine, free weights, Pilates and yoga equipment, and its own bathroom with direct access to the backyard for showering off sandy feet before returning to the house. You can relax in the backyard on chaise lounges, a hammock or love-swing and enjoy the sight of the sun and moon rising from the ocean right in front of you. After your evening stroll along the beach, you can use the barbeque and dine al fresco.
Lanikai is a charming community with an “away from it all” feeling on the beautiful east side of Oahu. Its uncrowded white sand beach is bordered by multi-million-dollar homes. Yet, the excitement of Honolulu, luxury shopping, nightlife and, Waikiki is only 30 minutes away. This is a vacation spot you will not forget. Your Lanikai Villa is waiting for you.
