BIG BEAR LODGE. Safety Alert Notification: This chalet meets and exceeds all fire codes in accordance to larger lodging. Emergency Exits are located on each level. Additional exits are located in each of the twelve bedrooms. Complete fire and security system: smoke detectors, sprinkler system,etc. This chalet follows the same fire safety code standard as hotels and motels must meet. The chalet floor plan as well as building materials used during construction were of the highest quality to meet fire codes to insure safety of all guests. #112.You must be 25 or older to rent this unit . Damage Deposit required. 5 night minimum during June and July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. 12 Bedroom/12 Bath/3 Half Baths, Handicapped accessible. The main level features a spacious kitchen and dining area, living area, 2 bedrooms w/ private baths and hall ½ bath. The living area is the ideal spot to relax and visit with friends as it features a high-definition 62 inch big screen high definition tv/vcr/dvd combo (27" Flat screen TV with satalite in all bedrooms in lodge); warm and cozy fireplace; and three queen-size sleeper sofas. The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area are a chef’s dream come true: stainless steel appliiances, 2 top-of-the-line ranges, 2 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, commercial ice maker and lots of counter space offers lots of space for preparing those big, family dinners (perfect for holiday get-togethers). All the family can dine together in the large dining area: one 8-person table, three 12-person tables and 6-person bar area. Dining area seats 50 people.There is a deck off the kitchen with extra large Gas Grill and charcoal grill. There is a ½ bath in entry hall area. Main level offers two large, sophisticated bedrooms. One bedroom with private bath is handicap accessible with king bed, t.v./vcr/dvd combo and sofa sleeper. One bedroom with private bath offers king bed and t.v./vhs/dvd combo. The open, spacious upper level features game room, 4 large bedrooms with private baths, laundry room and hall ½ bath. There's something for everyone in the large gameroom: pool table, two Free play arcade games that have 22 games each , stereo, tv/vhs/dvd combo and two queen sleeper sofas. Two of the bedrooms features king size beds, tv/vhs/dvd combo and sitting area with queen sleeper sofa. Two of the bedrooms features two queen beds and tv/vhs/dvd combo. There is a half bath located in the hallway. Laundry room has washer/dryerfor your convenience. The lower level has 6 spacious bedrooms with private baths. There is also an additional half bath on this level. There is a large home theater room with a 7"x11" high definition screen and 7.1 surround sound audio system on this level for everyone's enjoyment,seating for 23. This room is perfect for watching cable tv, vhs and dvd movies,input outlets for computer, and a port for corporate meetings,WIRELESS INTERNET Everyone will have a great seat in the house whether watching a movie, playing a game or surfing the net.
