Early Season: May 24th to June 14th 2009 $850 per week

High Season: June 14 to September 14, 2009: $975 per week

Fourth of July Week: June 28th to July 5th : $1200 per week

Late Season: September 14 2009to October 18th: $850 per week

Pre and Post Season weekends call for quote ( $500)

Vacation Rental Policies

Cancellation Policy: 50% down due upon reservation request, non refundable in the event of a cancelation, balance to follow two (2) weeks prior to check in date. Payment schedule: The first half is due at time of booking. Payments in the form of traveler’s checks, money orders, personal checks, and pay pal are acceptable. The remainder of the payment is due 14 days prior to scheduled stay, and can be made in the same manner. There is also a $300.00 security deposit due at the beginning of your stay; you can either leave a credit card imprint, or a check. This will be immediately returned to you at the end of your stay as long as no damages are incurred. In order to receive your security deposit back the following criteria must be met ____ No damage is done to the cottage or property ____ Cottage is left broom clean ____ All trash has been disposed of properly Keys are returned

Relax and enjoy at the beach! Hunt for otoliths and beach glass, build a sand castle, or just watch the majestic sunset over the water. Should you decide to venture away from Lotus Abode, you are a short drive from historic Buffalo New York, and Niagara Falls. There are also many local wineries with tours, Frank Lloyd Wright's "The Bluffs”, and many other gems the area has to offer. If you are thinking of off season there are some great ski slopes nearby.

Our grounds feature nature paths, a pond, and of course the beautiful shores of Lake Erie. Each cottage comes with all the amenities you might need and as always our staff is always available to ensure your comfortable stay.
