Property Information
Brenon's Place is a unique cottage located just off of lakeshore road. We are walking distance to the public beach, Castaways and Eddie Shrohs. We are about 2 minutes from Mickey Rats and South Shores Beach Clubs. This cottage was created to make your experience relaxing as well as exciting while enjoying nature and the beautiful shores of Lake Erie. Along with the the new and modern amenities, you will find a front enclosed large stone patio facing the large front yard used most often for playing outdoor games and horse shoes. The front yard is surrounded by large pine trees for privacy and also has a contained firepit for those nights when you just feel like having a few drinks and star gazing. The back and side yard are enclosed by a wire fence for the dogs to play.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all your favorite home gadgets and cooking utensils. A grill is located at the side of the house for nights of "cooking out".
The main conversation area features a large sofa and recliner, all in easy view of the entertainment center wich includes the stereo, DVD/VCR combo player and 40" TV. This area also includes a leather full size futton for that extra special guest. Both the living room and dining room have ceiling fans that capture those cool, lake breezes on sultry summer days.
Walking through the hallway the newly renuvated bathroom contains a shower, tub, and vanitiy set.
The colorful back room is located in the rear of the house before exiting into the fenced in yard and and can be easily be used for all your storage needs.
On the second floor are the 3 bedrooms. The huge master bedroom contains a queen size bed as well as cable TV, for those nights you may want you own privacy. This bedroom also contains 1 large size dresser and your own closet to make you feel at home.
The other 2 bedrooms each contain 2 twin size beds and closets as well.
All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and their own brand new windows to keep you nice and cool at night.
Additional Rate Information
A sercuity deposit is required to confirm reservation of your desired week and will be return within 10 business days provided the cottage is left in its original condition. No smoking in the cottage.
Check in is at 3:00 on Saturday and Check-out is at 11:00 on the following Saturday. unless other arrangements are made

| Deposits: $200. A contract will be sent to you via mail. Sign the contract and return it to us with the security deposit. This will reserve the dates that you requested. |
| Cancellation Policy: 60 days notice of cancellation. If after the 60days notice you will loose your full desposit. If the cottage is able to be re-rented, you will be refunded half your deposit. |
| Other Fees: $25-for pet fee
$75- for linen service, bed sheets, pillow cases, comforters, towels, kitchen towels.
$10- usage of propane tank |
| Other Policies: Renters must be at least 25 years of age as you will be responsible for the other people who will be staying at the cottage with you. |

Grandview Golf Course: Minutes away on Old Lakeshore Road
Seneca Gaming and Bingo- About 5 miles south on route 5, on the native american reservation.

Chauttaqua Lake and wineries located within a 30 minute drive along the scenic route of Lake Erie
