Property Information
Built in 1909 this home has been transformed into this areas first Bed & Breakfast. The house is 4000 square feet of beautiful rooms and lovely gardens and a park like backyard with pool and hot tub. There are two grills available and a nice sitting area under a gazebo. One of the owners is a ordained minister and will officiate weddings. We are very close to the beaches and night life.Sorry we cannot accmodate children under 12 years of age.

| Deposits: 50% down |
| Lodging Tax: 8 75% sales tax |
| Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is made on the day of arrival the full deposit will be kept. If cancelled two weeks prior we will refund all of deposit less a $15.00 dollar processing fee. |
