The guest bedroom includes a Queen size bed and the third bedroom is set up with a comfortable Futon that sleeps two and a small desk which can also be used for an office. Initial Reservation Deposit: $500 (within 10 days of verbal/email agreement).Once non-refundable deposit is received, this guarantees your reserved dates.Balance of the first months rent is due 60 days prior to check in.Security deposit of $750 is due at the same time as balance. This deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure unless damages or unreasonablecleaning is required. I always hope to return the FULL AMOUNT! With all the legal words out of the way, Please relax & enjoy yourself. This is a nice home & great location for your vacation!
