Fantastic Ocean Views from this FIVE BEDROOM SEMI OCEANFRONT home!!! Just a few steps from the ocean with direct access to the beach. Bright, beachy, elegant decor, "The Pearl" is a family pleaser with a well equipped kitchen, central air and heat, ceiling fans throughout, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and microwave, 6 TVs, 5 VCRs, 2 DVD players, stereo w/CD player, hair dryers, and an assortment of movies, games, and books will keep the kids (and adults) entertained even on a rainy day. Bring your laptop because there is high speed internet access for web surfing and checking email (or not-- remember, you're on vacation!!!) After a long day at the beach soak in the outdoor hot tub or there's the jacuzzi bath in the king master bedroom. (king sheets are provided for this room only). For the youngest vacationers, there is a high chair and full size crib with the crib sheet provided. Covered front porch with AMAZING ocean views has a picnic table, built-in benches, porch swing and rocking chairs. A beach umbrella, beach chairs, children's sand buckets & toys are provided so you won't have to bring those which is less packing for you and more room in your vehicle. An enclosed outside shower (with dressing area) is so convenient (and refreshing) you will want to add one to your house when you get back home. There's also a convenient half bath for quick restroom breaks, then it's back to the beach. Two park grills are available for cooking out and there's also a fish cleaning table for turning your "catch of the day" into tonight's filet. Just 50 feet to the ocean with direct beach access and excellent unobstructed ocean views, this house is the PERFECT FAMILY RETREAT! NOTE: This home books very quickly. Eight-teen weeks already reserved for 2010. Check the rental calendar for weeks that are still available. This home is also available for Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks. Vacation homes accommodate more guest than primary residences. Tired of playing hostess and everybody coming to your house for the holidays? Suggest this year to come to The Pearl. For a Christmas rental the home is decorated inside and out for your enjoyment. (The turkey platter & gravy boat are already here too!)

Vacation Rental Policies
| Payment Options: 1/2 of reservation total plus security deposit by March 1, 2010

| Required Stay: 1 week, Saturday to Saturday check-in. Partial weeks may be available in the off season, three night minimal, call for rates when you have a date. Winter months may be able to offer another check-in day. |
| Deposits: $200.00 security deposit to be released 14 days after check-out if home is left clean and without any damage. Security deposit is added to the first half of payment requirements. |
| Lodging Tax: 12.75% which includes state tax. N.C. raised the state tax 9/1/09 which is reflected here. |
