This unique Kauai cottage is located on Kauai's North Shore in Haena not far from Hanalei, Tunnel's Beach, Princeville Resort, and the trail head to the Napali Coast.

Perfect for a Kauai honeymoon, or a Hawaii vacation for a small family, Kimo's is only steps away from a beautiful North Shore Kauai beach. This Hawaii vacation cottage is ideal for those who enjoy being close to the beach but also like the privacy, economy, and charm of a tropical cottage bungalow.

Our Kauai cottage, is separate from the main house and is a spacious and very unique and sturdy structure called a yurt.

The overall atmosphere of this North Shore Kauai Cottage is bright and cheerful with all the modern comforts and conveniences, while giving the guest the feeling of being closer to nature than a traditional Kauai rental home or condo.

It has 12 foot high ceiling's in the center and lots of floor space (approximately 500 square feet). Letting in plenty of sunshine are several large windows and a skylight in the center of our rental cottage. The floors are polished white pine. The cross ventilation, thanks to the the trade winds coming in over the ocean, is excellent and carries in the fragrant smell of plumerias and other tropical flowers on the property.

There is a kitchenette area that has everything you will need for tropical dining except an oven. There is also a breakfast bar and a dining area and an entertainment center with lots of books and games.

The cottage also has a bathroom with a tub and shower, a comfortable queen size bed, a TV/VCR, a stereo, several small appliances, and a telephone. There is a comfortable couch and a chair and writing desk in the living area.

Our guests at the rental cottage are invited to use the washer/dryer, outdoor shower, hot-tub, gas barbecue, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel equipment, and hammock.

On the property is a large luxury home where you will usually find the cheerful owner who is perfectly happy to show you all the things there are to see and do in the area.

Only steps from the front of this gated vacation property you will find a short path way to a beautiful and uncrowded Kauai beach.

Additional Rate Information

Cottage:
$95.00 a night/ 600.00 a week (7 nights).
RESERVATIONS: $200 security deposit by check or money order will hold your reservation. Deposit will be returned less $75 cleaning fee 2 weeks after your departure date - providing no damages or additional housekeeping time was necessary. Payment due in full 30 days before arrival.

WE REQUEST THAT GUESTS MAINTAIN CLEAN AND ORDERLY HOUSEKEEPING STANDARDS DURING THEIR STAY.

Prices based on 2 people" - one child under 10 years may stay for free. Additional persons $20.00 a day.

Vacation Rental Policies

Deposits: 200.00 security/damage deposit

Lodging Tax: please add 12.41% Hawaii State excise and TA tax to all rates.

Other Fees: $75.00 cleaning fee.
