Welcome to our luxury townhome that my wife and I own and rent in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii.
This near new 3 bedroom/3 bath townhome is located in the gated Alii Cove Condominium complex and is a short walking distance ¼ mile south of the town of Kailua-Kona, directly in front of Honl’s Beach. The townhome has spectacular unobstructed views of the Honl’s Beach, the ocean, and cruise ships moored in Kailua Bay. During your stay, you will enjoy the benefits of a fully equipped 2115 sqft. luxury home with tropical appointments throughout. In addition, you will have access to the complex facilities including workout gym, pool, and spa.
Additional townhome features include a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters, and bar seating. The separate dining area has seating for six. The family room features a 37” flat screen TV with Audio/DVD systems. The fully landscaped main level lanai overlooks Honl’s Beach. It has a gas BBQ and an outdoor table with seating for six where you can enjoy that morning cup of coffee watching cruise ships, surfers, or other activities in the bay or a late afternoon mai tai watching the sun set over the ocean.

Additional Rate Information
Rental rates for this townhome range between $2,550 and $4,200 per month depending on the rental season and length of stay. In addition to the rental rate, there is an additional charge of 12.42% for Hawaii Taxes and a cleaning fee of $150. Note, because of HOA (Home Owner’s Association) requirements, this townhome cannot be rented for periods of less than 30 days. | Deposits: All Reservations require a $200 deposit by credit card. Full payment will be due 45 days prior to your arrival date. If final payment is not received when due, your reservation will be cancelled. Reservation changes are subject to a $25 processing fee once under deposit. Reservations cancelled within 45 days of your arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE. It is advised that trip interruption/cancellation insurance be purchased prior to making your final payment. No-shows will receive no refunds.
