The Villas at Poipu Kai offer world class accommodations just a short stroll from the spectacular Pacific Ocean. The Villas at Poipu Kai Pool-Side Villas are brand new properties. Featuring central air conditioning, full kitchen, Wolf/Subzero appliances, granite counters, walk-in tile showers, linens, towels, and much more!
A Beautiful full gourmet kitchen, make dining in a pleasure. Cut costs and cook in your fully stocked kitchen complete with full sized Wolf and Sub Zero appliances and granite countertops. We also have gas barbeque's by the pool if you're in the mood to grill fresh fish from the market.
Each of our Villas features central air conditioning a rare luxury on Kauai. After a day of adventure on the island, come "home" to relax in comfort and sleep soundly through the night.
The walls of your living room open up to a large furnished lanai where you can enjoy the colorful tropical gardens and view the refreshing pool. The pool area includes a unique waterfall hot tub and outdoor patio sets and chairs for lounging and catching up on a good book.

AIRPORT ARRIVAL
Kaua`i is an ideal place to relax and rejuvenate. You can begin
that experience as soon as you arrive. Our professional staff will
greet you at the airport with fragrant Hawaiian leis and chilled
lavender towels, assist with your luggage and vehicle rental,
escort you to THE VILLAS and help you settle in. We will do the
work. You just breathe in the sweet, dewy air of our Garden
Island.
GROCERY SHOPPING
So many flights to Kaua`i arrive in the evening. So many guests
awake the next morning still in another time zone; your body
says 8:00am, the clock reads 4:00. And you're hungry. Kindly
allow us to stock your refrigerator before you arrive. Your
stomach will thank us.
DAILY NEWSPAPER DELIVERY
We invite you to start your day with one or several of the following
newspapers: The Garden Island; Honolulu Advertiser; Los
Angeles Times; San Francisco Chronicle; The New York Times;
and USA Today.
LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING
Each villa has a full-size, front loading washer and dryer.
Additionally, we offer door to door collection and delivery
services for those guests who prefer to have laundry done off-
premises or who have items which require dry cleaning.
MAID SERVICE
Your villa will be meticulously cleaned and inspected prior to
your arrival. For your added comfort, a mid-stay clean or a daily
freshening of your villa may also be arranged.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE
Our business center allows you to print boarding passes and
other documents, as well as fax or scan materials as needed.
Light typing and other secretarial assistance are available upon
request.
